Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Technical Strategy

• Lead the DevOps and infrastructure teams, setting clear technical roadmaps and driving their implementation.

Automation & Toolchain Enhancement

• Design and build an automated operations system including CI/CD, monitoring, and logging to enhance the DevOps toolchain.

Technical Innovation & Problem-Solving

• Address technical challenges and implement innovative practices for databases (e.g., MySQL, Redis), middleware (e.g., Kafka), and cloud platforms (e.g., Kubernetes).

Collaboration & Standardization

• Develop technical standards with business and security teams to ensure service stability and security.

Requirements

• Expertise in DevOps, DBA, or Infrastructure with hands-on experience in practical problem-solving.

• Extensive experience managing cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.

• Over 5 years of team management experience with strong leadership skills.

• A strong passion for technology and excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in system architecture design is a plus.

• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin for effective communication in a bilingual environment.
