Key Responsibilities
Deploy updates and fixes within the developer pipeline to enhance system reliability and performance.
Build tools to minimize errors and elevate the customer experience using our technology stack.
Develop software to seamlessly integrate with internal back-end systems, improving operational efficiency.
Perform root cause analysis on production errors and resolve technical issues promptly.
Develop scripts to automate visualization of large datasets, enhancing data accessibility and insights.
Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance, ensuring high availability and security.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of experience in DevOps or a closely related field.
Strong proficiency with git workflows and version control systems.
Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, SaltStack, Terraform.
Proficient in scripting languages including Python, Bash, PowerShell.
Understanding of security frameworks such as NIST 800, CMMC, DFARS.
Independent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience managing and analyzing data.
Working knowledge of databases like MongoDB, MySQL.
Experience with log monitoring and analysis tools such as Splunk, Datadog.
Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tooling like Tableau, SolarWinds.
