Key Responsibilities

• Deploy updates and fixes within the developer pipeline to enhance system reliability and performance.
• Build tools to minimize errors and elevate the customer experience using our technology stack.
• Develop software to seamlessly integrate with internal back-end systems, improving operational efficiency.
• Perform root cause analysis on production errors and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Develop scripts to automate visualization of large datasets, enhancing data accessibility and insights.
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance, ensuring high availability and security.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or a closely related field.
• Strong proficiency with git workflows and version control systems.
• Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, SaltStack, Terraform.
• Proficient in scripting languages including Python, Bash, PowerShell.
• Understanding of security frameworks such as NIST 800, CMMC, DFARS.
• Independent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience managing and analyzing data.
• Working knowledge of databases like MongoDB, MySQL.
• Experience with log monitoring and analysis tools such as Splunk, Datadog.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tooling like Tableau, SolarWinds.
